Manisha Kapasi, PT, PhD, CHT

Manisha is the President and Owner of Meadows Physical Therapy and Hand Clinic since its inception in 2001. She started the clinic to provide individualized care to patients. In 2003, she opened a second branch in Lawrenceville. Manisha has a PhD in Anatomy and has over 19 years experience as a physical therapist in treating orthopedic and hand injuries and is a certified hand therapist for the past 14 years. She has served as a guest lecturer at Emory University to teach the Doctor of Physical Therapy students about hand rehabilitation. In 2009, Manisha obtained her certification in intramuscular manual therapy to treat myofascial pain. Manisha is a member of the American Society of Hand Therapists and Georgia Upper Extremity Special Interest Group.

Heidi Chichester, PT

ORTHOPEDIC PHYSICAL THERAPIST
SPORTS MEDICINE PHYSICAL THERAPIST

Heidi received her MS in Physical Therapy from University of Miami. She has over 11 years of clinical experience with extensive training and practice in manual physical therapy. Heidi specializes in treatment of the neck and spine as well as all of the joints of the arms and legs. She has worked with patients recovering from all types of orthopedic surgeries including ACL reconstruction, Rotator Cuff Repair, Labral Repairs of the shoulder and hip, and Total Joint Replacements of the Shoulder, Hip, Knee and Great toe. In addition to being a physical therapist, Heidi is a Certified Infant Massage Instructor. Heidi is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Physical Therapy Association of Georgia.

Ann M. Lucado, PhD, PT, CHT

CERTIFIED HAND THERAPIST
PHYSICAL THERAPIST

Ann received her MS in Community Health Education and Physical Therapy at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia and her PhD in Physical Therapy at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Ann has over 18 years of clinical experience in hand rehabilitation. She has conducted numerous instructional seminars specific to upper extremity rehabilitation across the country and has served as adjunct faculty in the university setting. Ann is a member of both the American Society of Hand Therapists and American Physical Therapy Association and is active in clinical research.

Camille Gray, PT

ORTHOPEDIC PHYSICAL THERAPIST

Camille received her MHS in Physical Therapy from University of Indianapolis: Krannert School Of Physical Therapy where she specialized in orthopedics and neurology. Her 10 years of clinical experience mainly addressed the rehab of patients with degenerative arthritis, bursitis, adhesive capsulitis, plantar fasciitis, Rotator Cuff Repair in addition to patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries such as ACL reconstruction, meniscal repairs and joint replacements in the upper and lower extremities. Camille is a credentialed clinical instructor with the American Physical Therapy Association.

Jamie Miner, PT

NEUROLOGIC/VESTIBULAR PHYSICAL THERAPIST

Jamie graduated with a degree in physical therapy from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Jamie has over 20 years of experience as a physical therapist and has worked in acute care, rehab, home health, long term care, out-patient care and has a certificate in Vestibular Rehabilitation from Emory University. She enjoys helping patients with neurological disorders, including stroke, Parkinson's disease, and dizziness and falls problems. She has made many presentations to support groups such as the Parkinson Support group, stroke support group and church groups about fall prevention. Jamie is currently working on her doctoral degree in physical therapy from Shenandoah University. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, APTA Neurological Section, and the Vestibular Disorders Association.

Kara Ross, OTR/L, CHT

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

Kara graduated from University of Oklahoma with her BS in Occupational Therapy and received her Master’s degree in Public Health from Emory University. She has over 13 years of experience as a certified hand therapist treating upper extremity injuries. Kara is excited to be returning to work in the Lawrenceville area, having previously worked for a large corporate owned therapy group as a CHT for seven years. Kara brings with her experience in treating traumatic hand and upper extremity injuries including fractures, crush injuries, nerve entrapment syndromes and tendon/ nerve repair. She is also skilled at upper extremity functional capacity evaluations, pediatric handwriting and fine motor skills training. Kara is fluent in basic conversational Spanish. She is a member of the American Society of Hand Therapists and Georgia Upper Extremity and Special Interest Group.

Rita Bruss, LMT, NMT

CERTIFIED MASSAGE THERAPIST

Rita is a Georgia State licensed massage and body work therapist. Also, she is a certified laser therapist. Rita is professionally trained to do neuromuscular, sports, orthopedics, Swedish and deep tissue massage. Additionally, she practices reflexology, positional and myofascial release. Rita has over 15 years of experience and enjoys working with people from all walks of life.
