Manisha Kapasi – PT, PhD, CHT
CERTIFIED HAND THERAPIST, PHYSICAL THERAPIST
Manisha Kapasi is the President and Owner of Meadows Physical Therapy and Hand Clinic since its inception in 2001. She started the clinic to provide individualized care to patients. In 2003, she opened a second branch in Lawrenceville. Manisha has a PhD in Anatomy and has over 27 years experience as a physical therapist in treating orthopedic and hand injuries and is a certified hand therapist for the past 18 years. She has served as a guest lecturer at Emory University to teach the Doctor of Physical Therapy students about hand rehabilitation. In 2009, Manisha obtained her certification in Dry Needling to treat myofascial pain. Manisha is a member of the American Society of Hand Therapists and Georgia Upper Extremity Special Interest Group.

Mozhgan has sixteen years of experience in treating a variety of orthopedic patients including TKR, rotator cuff repairs, torn meniscus repair and tendinitis. She had been treating pre and post-operative conditions, other sports related injuries, such as back, neck, knee and shoulder sprains. She also treats patients needing balance and gait training. She also provides a variety of manual techniques like myofascial/ trigger point release, MET and strain/ countersprain, PROM and joint mobilization.
Mozhgan grew up in Maryland and moved to Atlanta in 1991. She graduated in 2003 from Gwinnett Technical College. Mozhgan speaks fluent Farsi. She is a social person and loves to spend time with family and friends. She’s also loves to shop and cook for her family.
